Shipping— Blue Dog Stone Works is a small artisan shop. We hand select and handcraft each memorial we create. Our Western River Rock Memorials ship via USPS Priority Mail and our Polished Granite Memorials ship via FedEx Ground Service. You should receive your order within three to four weeks. Our shipping rates are $9.95 for Western River Rock Memorials and $12.95 for Polished Granite Memorials with additional stones shipped to the same address at $5.00 for western river rocks and $9.00 for polished granite. Rates are based on shipment within the United States. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx can not ship to a Post Office Box.

If you would like to order additional memorials with other inscriptions, just add another memorial stone to your cart. You will be asked to complete an additional form for each memorial stone. Thank you.

Return Policy—We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order please let us know and we will gladly accept your return for a full refund. Please notify us by e-mail before returning a package to us so that we can send you return instructions. Once we have received the order we will apply the credit to the same credit card you used for your purchase or if payment was made by check we will issue a refund check.
